Now that Christmas and New year celebrations are over, the time of year is coming round again for the annual, very successful, always a sell-out, Murder Mystery Evening for the Fordingbridge Twinning Association!

This time, it will take place at 7.30pm, on Saturday evening 3rd February, again at St Mary’s Church Hall, in Old Fordingbridge.

It will be entitled “The Monte Carlo Murders”, and is set on 15th May, 1951 – (Attendees may dress accordingly?)

The body of a beautiful woman has been found on a private beach in Monte Carlo.

It seems likely that this event will turn into an International sensation!

The beach can only be reached through the palace of Prince Reynard, so when the police conclude that there has been foul play, suspicion is bound to fall on the Prince and at least one of his glamourous house-guests: Princess Peacock, Alfred Higginbottom, Cassandra, Amy Jackson, Colonel Jock Strapp, Lord Lummy, and Bobbie Driver.

(Any volunteers out there to come along and have a go at acting?)

So, as can be seen, there will be plenty of entertainment, laughs and food.

Just bring some booze and drink of your own choice!

Tickets are priced at £15 per person, to include the hot home-made meal, and are available from Caxton’s and Jessica’s in Fordingbridge High Street.
